The project has been developed and implemented by Trabzon CCI in partnership with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bulgaria) and the Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts (Lithuania). It is one of 19 Chamber Partnership projects involving Chambers in Turkey and Chambers in the EU Member States supported by the European Union in the framework of TEBD.

Trabzon CCI puts great importance in innovation and with the implementation of this project and the cooperation of their partners, the aim is to enhance the capacity of all three Chambers and their associates to improve and diversify the services provided in the field of innovation management, IPR, design and commercialization through the network established, and to promote development of culture and spirit of innovative entrepreneurship by providing training’s, consultancy services, and exchanging of knowledge and best practices.

Trabzon CCI moves forward with the vision of Trabzon, Turkey becoming the center of producing value-added products and services with innovative and technological sustainable investments that contribute to the region’s and Turkey’s international investment and competition. One of the ways to evolve on this subject is Trabzon CCI organizing an Innovative Entrepreneurship Competition in the framework of their TEBD Chamber Partnership Project. Within this competition entrepreneurs are given an opportunity to introduce their entrepreneurial ideas in Bulgaria and Lithuania to a wider audience ensuring that experiences and good practices are shared, commercialization opportunities are explored in these countries, and added value is created.

Other activities that are implemented within the framework of the project are Study Visits, Trainings, and Technology and Innovation Conferences.
